Very clear to understand and covered all the important aspects of Food Safety and Hygiene. I should have liked a harder level as this was quite basic.

More concise, better speakers and graphics tahn previous online trainings. Good to be ablt to save and come back.

The course was good and thorough, however the interactive activities aren't usable on a small screen which was a shame.
Some of the information is repeated multiple times, therefore it is easier to loose interest in the topic. There is a to of information to cover but the length of the training could be reduced. Overall it is very useful and engaging.
It was good and now I'm happy that I've completed the course after my hard work.
The presentation is very good, but a bit more interactive learning might make it more stimulating. The section on design of premises was difficult to read on my screen, and crammed in too much information, some of it repetitive eg. walls, ceilings and floors needing to be non-absorbent and easy to disinfect. A glossary of Acronyms might be helpful
