could do with some funny vids just to break up the talk
It was a good course but I prefer face to face training.
I found this course to drag on a little for me, as I've been a chef for 35 years and know the subject well. If you are new to this topic, this course would be a fabulous introduction to food hygiene and safety.
I've learnt alot from this course and found it very informative.

But v tedious....could be made better by interactive videos
