Instead of having everything in 3 sections it should be divided in more little ones and just like fire awernes one after each little test.
Only one point in the test there are no questions on restaurants or the law??

ONLY THE OPENING VIDEO OPENED UP HAD TO GO STRAIGHT TO TEST NO RESPONSE FRO HELP LINE (24 HRS) CAME IN SPECIALLY TO DO IT TOTAL WASTE OF TIME NEDDS TO BE IN A CLASSROOM FORMAT. DIDNT LEARN ANYTHING JUST A TICK BOX EXERCISE
I have 25 years experience in catrering and still I learnt some thing new. The explanation of to my you can cook Joints of meat rare helped me fully understand why and it was easy to nderstand
The course was very straight forward and easy to follow , the information given was broken down into 3 sections so i didn't feel i was bombarded with too much at once . The 4th section , the test , was also easy to follow.
clear to follow , did not take too long either.
Good explanations and presented well, but far too much information for one course on line. this could perhaps be split into 2 stages of around 20 minutes each, with a test of 10 questions after both. Some people may get distracted, or not be able to take in all the information at once when they have to sit by themselves and concentrate on a computer screen. I think this course would be more suited to a classroom environment, so questions could be asked if things were not completely understood.
