This is an informative overview of food allergy awareness however I feel it is better suited to those working in manufacturing than in a small nursery such as my employment is.
A very useful and informative course,It drew my attention to a lot of problems, that people who are affected by this situation, have to constantly monitor, and deal with, on a daily basis, and how the caterer can assist.
