My mum is Gluten free and I thought I knew quite alot about allergies, but how wrong was I. This course opened my eyes at really how dangerous some allergies are, I did understand the dangers of some but was shocked at the dangerous effects of others.Very worthwhile and informative.

Fantastic training , each course has been very interesting and helpful to my role. the information is presented in a interesting way and gets each point across effectively, I would highly recommend them ! I am looking forward to more in the near future .
I really liked doing the course. It opened my eyes on a lot of things that are associated with food. It does take a while to go through the coarse so you need the breaks while you are doing it, but not easy to get back on it after a break
