The course was short sweet to the point - with 10 multiple choice questions at the end. does what it says on the tin.
One comment that was consistent, a first aid appointed person cannot carry out first aid. This to me is pointless and very misleading.
Too basic. Not the course I asked to be enrolled onto.
Please check your statement that people should not give first aid if not covered by a current qualification
Training is OK but when having to do it annually and first aid not changing vastly year on year, it would be useful to be able to skip straight to the test and only have to do the training is we fail the pass mark of 85%

The test questions are important and matter of fact, but the summaries and videos have a different more casual feel. It makes passing the questions harder due to not being reiterated harder. : )
It would have been helpful to have had more opportunities for engagement rather than at the very end of the session
