The course was clear and easy to use as usual. However, it did not answer questions I wanted to know. It stated that the First Aid Appointed person could not administer 1st aid, but was to keep the first aid kit up to date. So, does that mean, if someone has a paper cut she is not allowed to give them a plaster? What is the point of having an up to date first aid kit, if no one is allowed to do first aid?
Easy to use course and quick, but couldn't access certificate. This is very frustrating.
