As I am a first aider I found this course irrelevant as I think a lot of the courses are as a site supervisor I would have already covered a lot of these topics. I do however think a trimmed down set with shorter refresher videos would be of more benefit.

This course is fit for HR, Team Managers and those who wish to be First Aiders, however for those who are not HR people, Team Managers or those not aspiring to be a First aider the test should only be taken once, and that is when joining the company. After that the healthy and safety key points can be Provided as a PDF via Intranest or Bamboo HR to be consulted by those who are curious about it and the Yearly refreshers can be left solely for those mentioned at the start of this review.
