The content is good, but all videos??

I like this course, it's informative, it's extensive. But as a fast reader who struggles listening to people slowly tell me informtion without getting restless, the fact that this course is all videos and verbally dictated information makes me dread taking it every year.

Training is okay but need refining

I think the training is adequate for me to understand my role as a fire warden for my office and how I can deal with certain circumstances that might arise before, during and after an evacuation. However, there were some facts that were incorrect during this training. For example, for the section of the training that discusses the hazards that could potentially start a fire, the training incorrectly said that a charger left on more than necessary can cause a fire. This is semi-correct as cheaper chargers can heat up and pose a risk but in official chargers, they have a fuse inside the plug that prevents the phone and charger from having power sent through it.

needs practical training

The online training is ok but does not give you any hands-on experience with fire extinguishing using extinguishers or fire blankets.
