Good course content badly set up

The content was clear and informative. It stated it would take 40 minutes to complete - it actually took over an hour and a half. It took forever to load from one screen to the next (I appreciate that could be an internet connection issue). I don't have access to sound on my computer so couldn't listen to the videos and so instead read the transcript. I therefore didn't need to watch the whole length of the video but had to wait for the video to finish before I could skip to the next screen. This meant I spent the majority of the course either waiting for the video to finish or waiting for the next screen to load - this was extremely frustrating and meant I ended up staying at work after I should have finished.

did not find it easy to retreive

i found the course quite easy forward but once i got an answer wrong i had to go all the back to the beginning of the test and start again which was very frustrating as it was questions right at the end of the course .

im not sure how confident i would feel k

Im not sure how confident i would feel as a member of PwC knowing all the fire wardens were trained over the internet. Personally i prefer the trainer sessions and some of the stuff referred to in the internet training contradicts UK stuff quoted as some of it is USA basedKG

Useful basic information

This course seems to be more appropriate to a large factory or office with lots of able workers. We are an extra care setting that has a 'stay put' policy and not a mass evacuation policy for our vulnerable and disabled residents.
