Although a good idea to have the training, this to me was a rather inefficient way to do it. It took nearly 2.5 hrs to complete and there should have been an indicator at the beginning that one needed minimum 2 hrs to complete. Considering there are over 50 fire wardens in this institute I think this was grossly inefficient on time. It would have been far better to have a lecture to all together and then the test or even notes to read- it would have taken a fraction of the time per individual in the latter and a very small fraction of the time in the former. The fire alarm video was excessive- needs to be shortened

I could not work out how to pause the session when interrupted by staff here, or how to fast forward. Please reduce some of the presenter's talking bits as they were not informative and wasted time. The instruction clips were better as they provided detailed intstructions and useful information. I prefer being trained by a human being as on-line training does not let me ask questions and interact with the trainer.

It was difficult to concentrate on the video clips as the voice was not very good. The questions were quite unpredictable. How long is the certificat valid for, 1 or 3 years?
