The term arson is not used in Scotland hence people in Scotland would not be familar with it- it is willful fire raising in Scotland.

The programme was at times very difficult to watch as the buffering took so long and the video sections where so broken up where not easy to follow. Could not see all of the choices and video clips to small to see detail, again buffering, in the test section

boring and the same as the previous fire training course.

The Fire Awareness training was woven into the Fire Warden Training making much of it repetitive. Often it was the same videos! I feel it was interesting and informative but sometimes just copied the Fire Awareness training. There was a lot of emphasis on evacuation and perhaps less on other aspects of what a Fire Warden does. I did like the references to the Fire Safety Order 2005 and I think it is important that Fire Warden's know more about the particular duties contained within this legislation.

The programme is good and informative but could do with being more precise and shorter. Which would make understanding the information alot easier. Some of the questions in the questionaire are easily missed in the training programme.Overall I think more Diagrams and written information should be present as recent research shows that everyone has different learning styles so all information needs to be presented in a Vocal/Written and a Visionary method.Thanks

The programme is thorough in its content but soem of the videos are a little too long. There is quite a lot of looking at people and listening.

Found this difficult as I am profoundley deaf and couldnt hear a lot of it as it was spoken behind a screen and background music didnt help.

pieces where firemen talked to camera were too long. i received fire warden training, initially, from a trained fireman and your training compares unfavourably with that. i dont think this training is suitable for online work.

Would be better if the test questions were after each module, and not at the end, too much to remember.

i REALLY ENJOYED THE PROGRAMME VERY INFORMATIVE AND PRESENTED VERY WELL.
