Any "Training" where you can just click through to the end and answer the questions is not good. If you don't pass then you just get asked exactly the same questions again. A tick box exercise only.

Repeats itself throughout and repeats other fire training. I've watched exactly the same video on fire estinguishers 3 times now! The video on people's behaviour was quite excruciatingly long and patronising

Having someone watch a series of videos and expecting them to take on this role is not good training. The role of fire warden carries serious responsibility and just by watching videos I do not feel like the competent person for this role. I would benefit from a specialist coming in to do some in house training and point out all the features we need to be aware of.

Information contained in the training is good but the Video, presentation and layout is terrible. Presenter has all the personality of a brick. There is a transcript for each video which is good if you find video and audio a poor way to learn. but you have to scroll down slightly and you need to pause each and every video as there is no option to to stop the auto play.

A few of your questions are contradicted by other knowledge bases.

Very dry and although key messages were good it was hard to work through. Video of people ignoring the fire alarm was good. More interaction needed ie picture examples where you choose which fire extinguisher to use and more practise.

Also not relevant to me at the moment not working in an office, and not having access to any of these things.

Although the content of the course was excellent (I even learnt a few new things despite being a veteran fire warden), I found the online delivery extremely frustrating. There were 58 very short videos (some less than 30 seconds), each of which had to be opened and then run. It was frustrating to do and broke up the flow - if the training wasn't compulsory, I would have given up watching it. Also, I gave up trying to make them full screen as the next one then played at shrunk size again - not very friendly on a small laptop screen. Please join the videos into larger chunks or have an auto run feature. Also please make sure that once a user says run full screen all the videos play at that size until the end of the course session.
