I found this course helpful the issues I have with it are the fire officers who talk on the videos their voices are too quiet , if you are in a loud office as I am it was hard to hear them and there isn't a screen to sumarise the points they make so you do end up missing bits that are useful. I have learning difficulties this type of course should not be e-learning I feel because the points are about how to potentially save lives and in e-learning environment this is best done in a learning environment not in a chaotic office where you can't hear the audio properly. Needs head phones to be effective some people may not have these so difficult to access the course and needs a icon on the desktop which could also cause issues. It was useful and effective and I did take all day doing this so may aswell have attended a training course at a location.

Helpfull to have a print option for table of classes of fire & types of extingushers

Difficult to access: twice had to contact H+S dept to seek further advice A lot of the information was duplicated over the two programmes; however, some important information was found in the second programme after I had completed the first and had been tested on it. Perhaps trainers should have assess how the programme is laid out to ensure that training time is not wasted.

The information in the presentation was very useful even as a general update for staff training. The guidance on types and usage of fire extinguishers was very informative and the videos make it easier to see how to use them.

Easy to follow, with clear and concise instructions.
