Well presented but wish it was related to property management rather than a work environment/office. Discussion some aspect of stay put in an Emergency situation.

Fairly useful as an induction-to-the-role course, but far too much for recertification. I found myself skipping as many screens as I could, and when forced to listen to the scripts I'd take my ear piece out and come back to the screen later. One would hope that a nuanced/dynamic approach to recertification would be adopted to account for experience.

There were 58 'pages' to this which were completely unneccessary, there's a lot of information to take in, which could have been delivered better and with more tests and interaction in each section, but there is very little resource to download and refer back to. The fire extinguisher demonstrations were great, but by the time I come to putting out a fire, I don't think I will remember which fire to do circular motions and which not to fire at the base etc and also by the end of the course, I couldn't remember the difference between combustion and the other com.... . Although the people in the video's were knowlegeable, I think this course needs to be re - designed and more resource available to refer back to when necessary.

It could have been 15 minutes and covered the same information.Because the videos were so slow and wooden my attention wandered and I struggled to pay attention. I would have preferred a text based document that I could have read through at my own pace.

Found it difficult to flow in stages ok if you did it in one go but all your test are the same unlike others I have done and need the opportunity to rethink answers before you submit them as with other course you can Answer and then hit button to submit in case you by accident hit the wrong answer

Very clear, good visuals and easy to follow. I think the test should be more comprehensive as I did not cover all areas. Also, perhaps a fire warden checklist of things to check in your organisation would be helpful.

Way to many videos too easy to lose concentration

The bit I needed to know was covered in the Health and Safety training, this course is intended for fire wardens. If I were a fire warden I would be happy to have received this training.

Great course and relevant content but seeing that there were over 50 slide made me want to cancel the course. There were a lot of repetitive elements and could have been shorter.

Had to restart the course when I found the Chinese subtitles. Have to press 3 buttons for each slide - too many.
