Although the training was interesting and informative, it was too long. Having to remember the answers for the test proved to be a challenge for me as the information was alot and it took too long to complete.

i dont mind having to click next between modules, although a sentance des not a module make. also the fire extingisher part does not cover the new lithium extingisher that is out for batteries and Ev's

a good course overall, but possibly to much information to try and take in all at once. Might of helped to split it into a few shorter courses and tests. Also it would be beneficial to supply some charts before the test (i.e a chart showing the different signs, types of fires and fire extinguishers) rather than expecting people to remember them of the top of there head

This is an essential course - no complaints about that - it is an old course - same people same video no change - - I am aware you can go back to it at any time until it is complete but it is the delivery it needs re-vamping. It is hard if you have a short retention - it is hard to stay alert - the quiz should be at the end of each section - not at the end. It needs a rethink on your side.

I would prefer to increase the speed of the videos which means I can gain the same content over a shorter period of time. Your estimates of the duration are less and it actually is supposed to take.

nothing beats the actual visit to a fire station training facility, where hands-on training dealing with fires and extinguishers. the heat generated from the smallest fire can be ferocious, and if not expecting it this can be quite a shock.

I currently have a couple of fire wardens that have never actually handled a fire extinguisher. I think this is something that can be inadequate.
