I found this module too much to take in and understand in one module felt too much had been packed into it, to many videos to look at and therefore felt quite confused at the end of it and when doing the test , felt it over loaded me.

Being able to return to complete the session in sections was an advantage

Although most of the programme covered information already known , there were some interesting points that I did not know

Equality & Diversity is another important part of any job, I have enjoyed learning more about it and look forward to using the information within my work place.

New knowledge gained regarding prohibited behaviours and protected characteristics. Also good revision around topics already aware of.

Online training I find is difficult to concentrate, when working in a busy office environment.
