Equality and diversity are great words, but to bring it into the action is hard ( it was important to use easy English terminology for those who's mother language is different and those with lack of education )thank you
I found the online course easy to follow, it was convient to be able to complete the course in stages.
The second section was unclear as to whether or not to listen to all of the examples of Discrimination in the workplace. I discovered after comp[letting section 3 that I needed to go back and listen to all of the examples in section2.
