Clear, concise, not a word wasted.

At first I thought "here we go " but it was a really well put together course, the role play was believable and clear to understand, completely got the whole ethos.

I found this easy-going better doing it in my free time

An excellent tutorial, but such a lot to take in. In the workplace this would require revisiting, and would have been helpful for participants to be given some reference information after completion. Probably should have mentioned Paternity leave, as this is also a subject which in my experience has received ridicule in the workplace.

Achieved 90% printed certificate, but screen said course incomplete???

Very good learning tool. I wasted time on Section 2, as not clear all had to be opened and read, before allowed to take the test.
