This training has opened my mind to how i should interact with my colleagues at my workplace.

as a member of staff having updated my training makes me feel more valued

Very good way of learning

Sex is not assigned at birth as stated-it is observed; to suggest someone makes a subjective rather than objective observation is inaccurate. Sex can only be male or female; it is different to gender identity which is a belief system rather than a scientific fact

I use the transcript (I'm deaf) and could read it in a fraction of the time the video played for. i was still unable to move on until the video had played out.

A difficult course to present but this was done well. Explanations are relatively clear and concise but cover the subject well. Just one small point. The transcripts appear to have a line break at each punctuation so are not as easy to follow as other courses such as 'Working at Height'.

It really made me think about other people

Some new information particularly the pronouns for gender equality. Sometimes difficult to remember each different type of discrimination whether direct or indirect but a very useful training session.
