At the end one of the videos cuts off midway through some of the audio. It could be broken down into 2 shorter parts as quite long.

Watching the same film every year does not help.

Covered many aspects of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Very useful in all work environments. Treating people as you would like to be treated.

It would be good to have the option to have the questions read in the tests, as the answers that are similar are difficult to separate and break down into the answer that is wanted. For example one question starts with the line it is good for your learning and gets people to do what you want them to do, which I felt that it is good for peoples learning and I felt that both answers could be right. This is because I am neurodiverse and both answers are correct in my thoughts- not because I want to manipulate someone but because I have found it helpful when someone has taken the time to understand my thinking and in turn I have been able to complete what they want of me as part of my role. I am hoping that this makes sense
