Excellent delivery or content

Excellent delivery of an often dry subject and broken into manageable chunks which was great for time management around other commitments and for concentration levels. Only comments were that the distinctions between harrassment/bullying could have been clearer, perhaps more examples?

The course structure and tempo is good.

The course content is clear with intuitive navigation. I would say there are a number of questions which could be 'leading' and slightly ambiguous. I'm still unsure whether one answer provided regarding redundancy whilst on maternity leave is correct.

4/5
Thought provoking

I thought the subject was covered well, with some thought provoking examples

4/5
Informative

I felt the course was very informative, I learnt new things and found the test a little challenging.

4/5
Too Wordy

No as bad as the GDPR document but if you don't have a legal mind it becomes daunting.

4/5
Good course but more questions

Overall good - questions on scenarios are in my view the best way to learn this.

4/5
Concise course with key info covered

I thought that this was a good course - it was concise with the info that it covered, and ensured that all relevant information relating to Equality & Diversity was covered at a high level. I also appreciated the lack of repetition between sections, as it was obvious that each section had a clear purpose. I would have appreciated a section on how to deal with colleagues who may not be following these guidelines - however that would be my only point of improvement 😊

Interesting

I think the course was informative but not preachy. I learnt things I hadn't heard before.
