4/5
Interesting and informative

Interesting and informative but quite long

4/5
covered most areas

Learnt a lot with this course Will be useful going forward.

4/5
A lot of relevant information.

There was a lot of information to absorb but I also found it quite informative. I was unsure about the definitions of Equality and Equity. I feel that asking questions sensitively and showing respect and kindness, treating everyone equally and embracing the differences between us, makes a much stronger team. A very interesting training course.

4/5
good

Improve the section on discrimination needs to be explained better

It covered important things well

Was generally good training, but there was one part that was slightly inaccurate. Not all people are born with male or female sex characteristics. Some people are intersex and have elements of both sexes. Might be worth a mention. Also impressed that neopronouns were covered!

I felt like I learnt from it.

I really liked the course and the way it was presented. How ever the one thing that I didn't like was when you talked about reporting a problem you said to report it to a manager. The thing is in my experience it normally is the manager. They abuse their power and are related to a boss so there really isn't anything that can be done that way.
