An excellent short course. Well presented and comprehensive. Covered a lot of ground.
In places inaccurate
This type of training is completely inappropriate for my personal learning style. I find it patronising and tedious and is really only helpful in assisting employers fulfill their training responsibilities. Also my name is mispelled.
Most of the content is common sense although I did still pick up a few things I was unaware of. One negative is that the same character was always used to show how not to behave on a couple of videos, suggesting that those who do not follow the guidelines might come from a particular background.

Great to see different people sexuality preferences spoke about good general tools to use in work place

I understand this is an important subject for companies & employees alike but this course was far too long, uninspiring & really made you loose interest within the first 10 minuets, especially once you had realized how long it was!!
