Important , but Essential for all in a position of authority, leadership or policy within any business. I knew the background on all the topics, but still learnt some new aspects, definition of terms, and some new ways of thinking about how others might relate to the workplace. Overriding messages were about inclusion, kindness, consideration. Interesting that there was no direct reference to culture within an organisation, although every aspect here needs to be reflected within the ways of working in any business or workplace.

This was a good, nicely explained course, and I thought it was helpful to have a summary at the end of each section.

This course made me think more broadly about the protective characteristics in the Equality Act and the importance of all staff being respectful and kind to all.

I loved the theme of us all being a piece of thread and how together we weave the fabric of our organisations as well as of society. It was beautiful both visually and also metaphorically.

Really informative and useful session. Liked the refelctive activities and questions that were included to make it more interactive and also that breaks had been included.

A really well delivered course - nicely broken down into clear sections. Each section was well explained - not just the legal obligations but the moral ones. The course built understanding in a non judgmental way and lots of additional resources are provided
