The training was well put together. It was very comprehensive and thorough. I have studied a module at the Open University called 'Equality, Participation and Inclusion:learning from each other' this training albeit it was brief (60 mins.); has covered important aspects of the subject. It was good to be reminded of these as I have forgotten quite a lot of the specific terminologies and areas of concerns. Thanks a lot for the opportunity!
The course needs to be shortened with less questions it will not suit all people with learning difficulties would struggle with the 20 questions at the end
This is a broad topic and everything was included. The additional reading documents and links were also extremely useful.
Good content, clearly explained
This course is thought provoking and a good reminder of the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion. I thought that the idea of pausing and thinking of my own feelings helped to reinforce the necessity of those three aspects to create a good working place. The 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the inability to validate answers in case of selecting a wrong answer by mistake, which happened twice this time. Maybe an option to consider for future courses.
