some topics were repeated giving different information like when to get help or not. no information on how to access the AED's as there is a code and area needed to provide 999 to access the machines
Surprised that it didn't include strokes, heart attacks, anaphalactic shock, asthma, but good on primary, secondary acitons.
The 38 lesson is too long, it will be great if we do half and answer the questions then do another half than doing all the 38
Could not play the videos, so I used the text. Diagrams which show the recovery positions and how to use the bandages for arm injuries would be helpful.
The presenters seem to know exactly what they were talking about. They deliver it with confidence, rigour and professionally. I enjoyed learning from them.
A very good course but I prefer to have a bit of practical involved in a refresher, but that is just personal choice. It was very well delivered

I felt a couple of things were incorrect - that you should contact the emergency services as soon as you knew the casualty was unconscious but before you had checked if they were breathing. Emergency services always ask if they are breathing. It also stated that the AED starts the heart beating again rather than stops it fibrillating.
