I have attended First Aid courses over many years from the early 2000s to the present. I do not feel confident to do CPR and make a sling without real life experience which you only get in a room with a trainer. There is no substitute for experiential learning which online courses cannot provide
Instructor was clear however some of the information is out of date … for example Burns and Scalds is cool for 20 minutes not 10 plus control of bleeding.

Really good as a refresher, however, if this was my first time doing first aid, I don't feel that i would be confident in delivering some of the more serious elements of treatment.
Good, but most useful around the emergency situations. Summaries at the end of each section are often not actual summaries and the ancillary pop-ups on the right are sometimes a bit thin or seem disconnected? Something to download and refer to after would be useful.
Found this a good refresher.
Video content was clear, numbering of stages useful to check on progress through refresher. I got two questions wrong and missed the prompt which would have taken me back to review and correct---otherwise fine
Covers all the main areas from the 3 day first aid certificated course
When I was completing the test, the last question if I’m not mistaken, I gave an incorrect answer and took the option to review the corresponding section. When I returned to the test, there was an error message saying that the test was locked and I was required to complete all sections, which I had already done. After a few unsuccessful attempts, I had to go back to the beginning and watch the whole presentation again. Unfortunately, the course doesn’t seem to allow fast forwarding of the slides. So it took me double the time. This was rather frustrating. Please clarify how to resume the test after a brief interruption. Thank you.
