This was a really good session and something that I hope management level will also watch and take on board as they can be very quick to neglect peoples wellbeing and mindset. A lot of the things mentioned here are fundamental to us looking after and prioritising ourselves, without impacting our workload

Very helpful to have ideas for how to keep track of what to work on, how to know if succeeding, tracking distractions etc.
While I never look forward to doing these online courses, this company does an excellent job of producing an engaging experience, and so I end up enjoying it and learning lots of useful information.
Although this course is good it is fairly simple and common sense and most of what is contained in it, is already in effect.
