Good, clearly understandable course. Didn't like Slide 13, productivity being mentioned before well being and mental health. Wrong emphasis.

this was broken down into manageable parts so easier to complete a lot of it was common sense but still knowledgeable

This training provides a good basic overview to those new to remote working. The sections on boundaries and identifying and dealing with distractions are particularly useful. If you have been remote working for a while some of the sections may not be relevant. The presenter is clear and there is good use of examples.

Helpful reminder of how to be most effective in home working

Good - except that the resources that appeared throughout the course (e.g. remote working tools) were not available at the end when I planned to look at them.
