Very helpful to have ideas for how to keep track of what to work on, how to know if succeeding, tracking distractions etc.
While I never look forward to doing these online courses, this company does an excellent job of producing an engaging experience, and so I end up enjoying it and learning lots of useful information.

I found the course to be helpful as it helped me to think more about my work environment and my work/homelife balance. Each section was offered in bite sized chunks which is very manageable.
