A good presentation with hints and tips which were useful
The ideas about time management and planning were a good refresher for me. I also liked the idea of how to prepare for working at home physically, mentally and socially.

This was a really good session and something that I hope management level will also watch and take on board as they can be very quick to neglect peoples wellbeing and mindset. A lot of the things mentioned here are fundamental to us looking after and prioritising ourselves, without impacting our workload
