I only really use a laptop in the field to communicate with panels that are always in electrical cupboards and riser cupboards. Im always standing holding my laptop. The rest of the time I’m using my phone forever thing even typing this.

it takes 32 minutes to say: 'don't look at your screen for too long and move around occasionally'ihasco training is often condescending in tone and bears no relation to the realities of working.

Can’t skip sections

Keeps on telling me it's not complete when it is

ludicrous space at desks for equally spaced monitors/legs? supportive chairs? cleaning cloths? time to rearrange equuipment when we change rooms?? don't you realise teachers desks are cramped into uncomfortable corners with monitors precariously squashed wherever they fit? and we have no cleaning cloths? or time to faff about moving monitors while little jimmy is fighting with someone? as for tell our manager if something is broken..... what makes you think it will get fixed ?

I read the transcript rather than listening to the audio, but there was no means of moving the slides on once the transcript was read until the video ended. Means the whole thing lasted far too long for very obvious information. Should have taken 5 minutes to whizz through transcript, instead took 30 minutes of my time.

Takes a ridiculously long amount of time to complete. Very poor.
