I don't normally comment on things that we have to do at work, but I'll make an exception here. Repetitive, mind-numbingly boring and far too long for anyone with any modicum of common sense. How can you stretch this out to 32 minutes of video? 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back!
The training covered basic tips not particularly relevant to my situation. For example, I have a corner desk, this wasn't addressed at all.
Irritating and demotivating having to waste time clicking through endless videos.
Like watching AI generated content from Meta - unreal, stilted, like an advert to justify its existence
the material is old, its boring, tedious to go through
'Don't forget to blink' will stay with me.
fairly pointless and time wasting task, nothing more than a tick box exercise for insurance purposes to stop people trying to put in claims for muscular strains due to sitting at their desk all day and doing this is their evidence to wave in your face in court, your welcome to try and have a break every 20mins as per the advice but you'll get thrashed when your works not done
pass mark is a joke
Entirely patronising, focusing on how to get you working at "maximum productivity", and fails to take into account any disabilities or medical conditions that may require adaptations to this advice. As I was made to take it before being granted an occupational health referral because of a medical condition that cannot be changed by just sitting more effectively, it was a waste of 45 minutes of my time and I just felt patronised.
Everything in this training was common sense and logical. I do not have the time for an auto-enrolled training on how to sit at a desk or how to look at a screen. This could have been covered in an FYI email.
