Very annoying

I can read the transcript in seconds but have to wait for the video to finish at the pace of the lowest IQ in the room before I can next. Also standing up and suggesting exercises to a female co-worker is very likely to ensure a trip to HR or a kick to a soft area of the body. Just to add that bloke is one of the most annoying people I have ever seen in at training video and I am dreading watching the fire one again it is like torture to my mind.

Most pointless course I have ever done.

This was mostly useless, most of this could have done on 2 sides of A4 rather that 28 side of stuff.

Far too long

This training is far too long and it is a waste of time this can be covered better and quicker , 28 videos , i cant believe it takes that time I will not do this again

Content good; final test not needed

It's understandable why the course should have questions interspersed throughout. However, the final test contained far too many questions and was superfluous.

Why can't we just jump to the test?

I've worked in the IT sector for the last 38 years, so am fairly familiar with DSE requirements. And I work with dozens of colleagues from the same background. Why are we forced to watch 27 minutes of videos that we can't even fast-forward? This crazy.

Slow and pointless

The content is paced like an ant pushing a brick across a desert. I got through three cumbersome videos before seeing if I could just click past them to get to the test. I could. I then answered twenty obviously leading questions and got a score of 100% having barely even read the answers I was clicking on. I suffer with multiple DSE-related problems and entered really ready to be receptive but your delivery lost me almost immediately. If you can't interest a person with DSE-related issues then who are you reaching? Educationally bankrupt.

I am a field engineer not at desk

I only really use a laptop in the field to communicate with panels that are always in electrical cupboards and riser cupboards. Im always standing holding my laptop. The rest of the time I’m using my phone forever thing even typing this.
