Could these types of course be replaced with shorter refreshers for those of us who have had to do them many times over already?

I think if you have completed this before and are taking it as a refresher you should be able to watch it at a faster speed.

Not the most productive use of training time, most of this information is common sense and it was quite frustrating to have to spend half an hour listening to things such as how i should position my pen and paper.
May be of use to an apprentice, but have heard everything in the training before and was of little practical use. Would have passed the exam without doing the training.

As someone who suffers with arthritis I feel this need to be more reflective of people with different illnesses that might find sitting in the recommended positions worse.
