I have completed this training in various forms over the years as it was a yearly requirement in some roles. This training is quite comprehensive and is actually better than most. If I hadn't done this training multiple times, I would probably given it a 5* rating. It is clear and concisely presented.

As above more information on adjustable chairs and rise and fall desks could be included along with desk assessment information

This training program is very useful for me. because it will help to increase personal health as well as occupational performance.
Informative, did well to make not the most inteeresting subject matter engaging. In nice chunks so you can go back to it after a different task. Liked the table tennis as we do that here! Glad to know it is approved!
