A lot of this is not relevant to my role as I only spend minimal time in the office , so this course should of ideally been additinoally tailored for a remote user as well.
it is to long could be made shorter and a bit boring
I lost the will to live when every box I clicked no on wanted an explanation. I retook the test about 4 times as it didn't seem to register. Thankfully all the boxes were ticked yes already on the retakes.

Videos should be optional
There is no opportunity for questions or practical demonstrations in relation to the circumstances specific to the workplace, more of a token gesture, box ticking exercise
The programme assumes you have no previous knowledge of office equipment and goes into excrutiating detail about the basics. Although the excercise suggestions were an interesting idea, I am already aware of many of the excercises due to my fitness class and would have appreciated an option to skip the position holding periods as they were unnecessary- I know what 10 seconds is and if I had wanted to attempt the excercises myself, I could have paused the video to allow the holding time.
It is only aimed at a fixed office environment which does not reflect my work pattern. Nicely presented.
not good
If people don't know this then they shouldn't be employed in the 1st place!
