Basic rule of health and safety is to make it realistic so that people follow it. 30 people here have completed the test and in the last 2 weeks i have seen nobody doing the exercises. Says it all.

Could have been done in half the time - no need to act out each exercise real time

This took an hour to complete and occasionally had to be refreshed - needs to be shorter.

We were told this would be 20m minutes. It was more like an hour.
