More related to work stations/PCs than laptops. We no longer have PC's in the office
The small individual sections were a good idea as it made it easier to follow. The videos were well presented and really made you realize how easy it could be to injury yourself. Both at work or at home.

If the training sessions could be split into 15 minutes, instead of 30 mins and 48 mins. If shorter sessions then you would be able to complete more.
The course was concise and contained some interesting points which I shall take away and practice! I was a little surprised there was no section on equipment designed to mitigate common issues, like sit stand desks or ergonomic mouse - maybe these are so common its not worth saying?
Extremely helpful & informative with regards to Do's & Don'ts on what we should be doing on a daily basis & how best to achieve the optimum working comfort whilst carrying out our normal working day. It will also benefit me whilst using my smartphone & laptop when at home
