Screen keep stopping and couldn't print it asked to take test again

not sure why each section has so many short videos, should have 1 video per section 2 sections not applicable to my job. should be able to flag if not applicable & skip

Again as with other modules in this programme there were jumps and jams making it difficult to complete in one sitting.

I had to refer to IS on five occasions to complete the course - the issue was that pictures didn't always load. Also I always had to log in twice to get started and the system locked up on progressing from the assessment to the test.

This would be better if the training units were slightly shorter as there is a lot of information to absorb in one go. The test was good as it made it easy to understand the reasoning behind the training, but the overall process to get the work done felt quite long.

Using common sense would have given the same information. There was no information of what you were expected to do on the interactive office screen. Did this course actually help me ? I would probably say No. Perhaps you should take the Test first, to see what you already know, then be taken to the sections that you failed on.

For people who lack common sense, I am sure this course would be useful (but still boring).
