It was well set out and not hard too follow. Made you think about what you need to do on a regular basis when using display screen equipment.
I have changed my workstation around as a result of the training.
Learnt on this course that the generic term form a desktop/device monitor is now DSE not the old fashioned VDU and more useful information about posture, screen-breaks and organising and cleaning ones workspace.
I liked this course since its quite up to date with modern standards of tech.

the course was a very good reminder of the use of the office equipment. A reminder of good posture, taking of breaks and the use of 20-20-20 vision. the presentation was clear and precise.
Would have given it 5 stars if there was a way to skip to the quiz at the end without having to repeat all the videos first.
