Too long, could have been covered in 20 minutes.
Most of it common sense. Main takeaway- don't be afraid to take breaks from your screen, it will make you more productive in the long run.
Although informative the information is not really relevant to my job as most work is done on a laptop on site
Very good. Would maybe benefit from a slight update for PC based meetings with headset, as the vast majority of communication for me is this way. Almost no use of the phone. Sometimes these meetings can be hours long but the host usually builds in breaks. One issue is that a headset can become uncomfortable after several hours, even when perfectly adjusted for shorter calls, because of lengthy pressure on the ears.
Easy to follow and useful information to make sure you are able to fulfil your work tasks without incident, keeping your posture in the correct position, and how to keep your devices clean and working.
I would like to suggest that there is a 1.5x speed up button because I sometimes struggled to keep up and focus with the slow speed of audio/subtitles.
