simple and easitly digestible without being patronising
The programe was useful and a good refresher. One or two things have changed over time and it is good to keep up to date. The length of time of the programme was about right and it is good to be able to it into your working day and work through at your own pace. Overall very helpful.
A very user friendly and very informative. It challenges you and draws you into the subject. It was a good refresher as we tend to forget some of the knowledge. Being ~IT based it was much more exciting than doing it paper based.
Delivered some good advice
Pragramme covered all the major points of workstation use. Had several useful ideas about setting out work-spaces and the exercises to reduce stress just a few. Would be a good guide for someone new to working at a computer for any length of time and very good as a reminder for "Best Practise" to users who have fallen into bad habits, as we all do from time to time.
Excersise section was very usefull. I have looked more closely at my chair and found two functions I did not know it had; backrest height adjustment and my seat base can slide forward. This has resulted in a much more comfortable seating position. Found it easy to use and getting a certificate printed straight away is an excellent option.
Although I generally think I'm up to date with what you should do with DSE, this course had quite a few tips and training on areas which normally get forgotten about - exercises, screen glare, etc. Some of the videos are a bit boring (ie long) but its overall a good course.
I found this training very interesting and informative as i have recently been diagonised with RSI so it has helped me change some of my positioning to help with this
Very practical as you are sat at your desk whilst learning the product, rather than in a classroom having to wait until you can return to your office to put it into practice
Made me look at the clutter on my desk and move things around.
