Ironically, I was quite tired and drained by the time I got round to this training. I don't think I will have the time to do the desk exercises although it's good to know what to do if I did have the time. Sometimes it's difficult to set your desk up perfectly as all the equipment is provided to you and not every organisation makes sure you have adequate space. I appeciate the importance of this though and the stress you can cause your body if your not positioned properly.

The training element works well, however the risk assessment requires greater functionality to be able to manage any corrective actions when dealing with a large number of people.

A good interactive training course. Good lenght of sections.The content kept me interested.

Very clear and easy to follow. Good use of visuals and sound. Only down side is that it's a bit long and if answered incorrectly you had to listen to the section again. Could have benefitted from a summary page which you can go to quickly check specifics.

Good interactive videos but need a way of fully saving progress as I couldnt do it all in one go and had to restart from the beginning of the chapter and skip the parts I'd already done

Some sections were a bit too long. The section to find the 8 distractions could do with the instruction to move the picture around - otherwise you only find four.
