It was qiute informative and did make me think about some things that I took forgranted

Pretty good and easy to use. Very good conent. Subtitles would eb haelpful

The training asked all the pertenant questions in a manner that neither demeined the taker not overly confused either.

The link in the risk self assessment needs reviewing, does not work properly.

A simple programme to understand the specifics of health and safety at the desk. Many things can be taken for granted, in an office environment, if not clarified. This programme sucessfully highlights areas which, if require focus, though are normally neglected. Overall Good training

A good progam, easy to follow, informative & useful, clearly presented

Some interesting tips such as the desk based exercises. This trining program has make me more aware of how to arrange my work space and the small changes I can make to ensure my posture is better.

Although a lot of this is common sense, it does encourage you to put it in to action! It's easy to adapt to your environment, and not think how you can improve it to your advantage.

Slightly too long/slow in parts

This was very good and I have now got a good insight of how things should be set up.
