There is a lot of information in there that as a support worker I do not need to know. I am not going to be applying for DOL on behalf of anyone. Support workers just need to know the basics not which forms to fill in or in how many days etc. We need a simple basic one that gives us what we need to know.

A very thorough and informative course which is excellent because it gives you visual input and it also has the narrative as text too.

Well thought out and delivered information. This training had fewer questions throughout than the MCA assessment, which was a shame. However, the overall training was good.
