The repetition of ideas made this seem more effective than other online training. Ideas that seemed a lot to take in at the beginning evolved to become more understandable as the course progressed.
Thorough training. I do wonder how useful it is to include all the information is about the various form numbers that have to be completed in this general overview? It does concern me about the ethnic representation in the video/graphic and I think this needs to be addressed. Firstly, the vulnerable individual is black and all the helpers and professionals shown are white. This is not true in real life and does not represent reality. Roughly 20% of the population of the UK identify as BAME, so at least 20% of representation should reflect this. Additionally, it would be good to see some diversity generally within the hosts leading the training.
Enjoyed the course. Very long but a lot of essential information. The colour writing and video visuals help you to retain information.
but probably more useful to managers

The videos are easy to follow and understand.
I've done online training for several years some good some bad, this one was probably the best i've every done. Straight forward, no waffling and you learn what is relevant to you.

Excellent as a beginner course, good refresher. No trick questions which is nice. At least one question covering non-essential information e.g. regarding colour of DoLS forms but otherwise all good.
