It wasn't helpful.
Should ask candidate questions prior to having to watch 32 clips to see the candidates knowledge before making them sit through information some might already know. Its a good course for complete newbies and pensioners, but not for someone like myself or even someone with little knowledge. Apart from that it is a good top up of information.

Perhaps if this was the first time I had done a course like this, and I was not a competent employee who lives and breathes this stuff day-in, day-out, then it might warrant a higher rating, but it's not and I am. And there is no way to skip to the test. Big waste of my time.
No new information since last did it considering takes up one’s own time to complete.
The course was OK. Still had to rush it as company gave us less than 4 days notice to complete 4 courses, and see of the password security instructions weren't in any way realistic.
You get a 2for not stating at the beginning there is an exam !

No option to just read the transcript, unfortunately I had to listen to the guy drone on for 32!! Slides.. Yes people can read quicker than this guy talks. Please add an option to go to the next slide instead of waiting for him to shut up. Kind regards.
This course involved A LOT of reading. Too much for those that learn a different way. Some of the questions were what I would call trick questions, for example there was a question where I wanted to tick all the boxes (and an IT colleague agreed with me) but it did not state that you could only tick one box so I ended up starting the test from the beginning again. Sorry but I didn't rate this course. Your other courses have been better.
