30 minutes plus is too long. Needs to convey the information in a shorter format.

I hate having to sit through all these videos, the information could be passed on much more quickly as a document. Really irritating and demotivating.
Seriously, this course put me to sleep! Please get someone with some sort of character to deliver this training and look at the time the courses take. Condense the courses to sub 15 minutes. Make them short and concise, not dull and dragging.

The course took too long which results in people doing other things while the videos are playing in the background. It would make much more sense to have a 10 minute session concentrating on the main issues which cause 99% of the problems, people will pay attention for 10 minutes. People will just ignore the videos and get on with their work if the videos are 40 minutes long
